Scope:

Full design, fabrication, and installation of a high-security steel curtain walling system and bespoke commercial entrance for a high-end retail client, incorporating elite security glazing and premium bespoke finishes.

Curtain Walling & Door System

Wright Style steel curtain walling system, fabricated with pressure plate and cover cap detailing

Heavy-duty steel commercial entrance door, also fabricated using Wright Style systems

Main structural framework powder-coated in black; entrance door and over-panel finished in a bespoke gold

Security Glazing

Vetrotech 23mm P7B security glass — one of the highest security ratings available for retail applications

Four full-height screens, each panel weighing approximately 400kg

Glass installed using specialist Glass Worker machinery for millimetre-accurate, safe positioning

Bespoke Materials

Full-height screens incorporate solid marble panels alongside custom aluminium composite panels with a timber core for structural integrity

Outcome:

A striking, high-security retail façade that combines structural performance with a premium aesthetic. The bold contrast between the powder-coated black framework and bespoke gold door detailing delivers a distinctive, luxury finish. Phase two will see the installation of bespoke gold "picture frame" over-cladding to complete the storefront.

Scope:

Removal of existing timber frontage screens and installation of a new aluminium curtain walling and commercial entrance system (single unit shown).

This project involved upgrading an outdated timber shopfront with a modern, thermally efficient aluminium glazing solution, improving both appearance and performance.

Outcome:
A striking, modern façade delivering structural integrity, energy performance, and a refined architectural presence. The contract also included replacement of approximately 800 double-glazed units, installation of all entrance doors around the building, new courtyard screens, and internal respraying of all windows.

Supply and installation of aluminium glazing systems across three new-build residential properties.

This project formed part of a multi-home development in Cranleigh, delivered for A2 Dominion, featuring a coordinated range of Comar aluminium window, door, and bifold systems.

Outcome: A high-quality residential glazing solution combining thermal performance, security and clean architectural lines, delivered consistently across multiple dwellings.

Scope:

·       Short-notice removal of existing shopfront glazing in an extremely restricted workspace.

·       Required lifting glass from a mezzanine level due to zero access at shopfront height.

·       Deployed a compact remote‑controlled crane positioned and secured on the mezzanine.

·       Operated through a narrow gap between mezzanine edge and hoarding, well within the crane’s safe working reach (>8m).

·       Vacuum lifting equipment enabled safe securing and controlled removal of glass.

·       Glass was lowered onto trolleys below for safe disposal.

·       Works completed smoothly, with detailed risk management and coordination.

Outcome: Successful removal in a uniquely confined environment, demonstrating our ability to undertake specialist glazing tasks that many providers would be unable or unwilling to attempt.

Scope:

·   Survey, calculations, drawings, and full installation of a premium structural glass frontage.

·   Installed 13.5mm clear laminated toughened heat‑soaked glass, fixed using brushed stainless‑steel angles, channels, brackets, and bolts.

·   Glass was structurally tied back to 19mm toughened heat‑soaked fins.

·   All materials brought in out of hours; works completed behind hoarding to minimise disruption.

·   Glazing installation carried out entirely from inside the unit using a spider crane and vacuum lifters.

·       Glass positioned using coordinated teams working from towers and scissor lifts.

Outcome: A striking, open entrance that enhances visibility and elevates the overall retail environment.

Scope:

·       Survey, drawings, structural calculations, and installation of full‑height structural glass for four retail units.

·       Installation of 30 large glass panels (1980 × 3600mm, 17.5mm toughened laminated glass).

·       Panels - each approx. 300kg - had to be moved through a restricted 2m‑high entrance, requiring millimetre‑accurate manoeuvring.

·       Utilised a 2‑tonne G20 pick‑and‑carry crane and an MRT4 vacuum lifter to transport and position each panel.

·       Panels were installed into stainless steel perimeter framing and boxed frames for roller shutters.

·       The MRT4’s slim 292mm profile enabled installation behind tight structural beams.

Outcome: Successful delivery of a technically challenging project under strict spatial constraints, completed safely and with precision.
